What we collect
We collect information you provide voluntarily through our contact form, including your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your enquiry message. If you phone or email us directly, we keep the details you give us so we can respond and prepare your quote.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form to protect against automated spam. Google’s privacy policy applies to that service.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To prepare and provide the written quotation or free site analysis you requested.
- To arrange crane hire, traffic co-ordination, or related services you have booked.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
How we store it
Form submissions are stored securely on our hosting platform and delivered to our email system. Mail is sent via SendGrid; their privacy policy applies in transit. Records of enquiries and quotations may be retained for up to 7 years for business record-keeping.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing nowra.cranes@bigpond.com.
Cookies
This site does not set any tracking cookies by default. Analytics, when enabled, are used in aggregate and are never tied to an individual.
